What is in MenuCentral
MenuCentral is where facilities that use our menus find what the kitchen needs every day:
- The current menu cycle, so everyone works from the same menu.
- Recipes, with HACCP instructions and allergen alerts.
- Daily spreadsheets for the kitchen.
Menus are updated quarterly, so each season's cycle is there when it starts.
Who it is for
Facilities that use our skilled nursing, assisted living, group home and ICF-IID or Select menus, anywhere in the United States. Every menu is fully IDDSI 2.2 compliant.
Subscriptions
MenuCentral is available as a monthly online menu subscription, quoted per facility. A discount applies if you also have RD services with Nutrition Ink. If you would rather work from paper, we can ship traditional paper menus directly to your facility for an additional cost.
