Nutrition Ink, Inc. is a private dietetic consulting company based in Banning, California. It operates two brands that facilities across the state have known for decades: Nutricopia, which has provided nutrition consulting, innovative menus and manuals to healthcare communities since 1976, and Nutrition Ink, founded in 1981 by Merijane McTalley, RDN, FAND, which provides consulting dietitians, menus, manuals and training, and runs the Nutrition Ink Dietetic Internship Program.

The two companies have now merged into one, so clients get one team, one set of tools and one point of contact, while each brand keeps the name and the products facilities already know. Our consultants work throughout California, Arizona and Washington, and our menus are available to facilities nationwide.
