A skilled nursing menu has to satisfy residents, the diet orders on the floor, the budget and the surveyor. Ours are written by registered dietitians who work in the facilities they write for. The standard skilled nursing menu is a four-week cycle, written each quarter so the season's menu makes the most of fresh ingredients, and every diet on it comes with recipes and its own nutritional analysis.

How you receive it
Menus are available online through MenuCentral™, our online menu platform, which puts the current cycle, recipes and daily spreadsheets in one place for your kitchen. We can also provide traditional paper menus, shipped directly to your facility for an additional cost.
IDDSI
Every menu we write is fully compliant with the IDDSI Framework 2.2. Texture-modified diets are written and labelled by IDDSI level, with drinks by IDDSI thickness level, so the diet order, the menu, the recipe and the tray card all use the same language. More about our IDDSI menus.
