In assisted living the consultant dietitian usually visits a few times a year, so the menu has to carry the weight in between: recipes staff can follow, diets that match the residents, and paperwork that holds up at inspection. Our residential and assisted living menus are written for that setting, by registered dietitians, and a new four-week cycle arrives each quarter.
Every diet on the menu comes with its recipes, an individual nutritional analysis and allergen alerts, and daily menu spreadsheets are included. Recipes are adjusted to your facility size.

How you receive it
Menus are available online through MenuCentral™, our online menu platform, which puts the current cycle, recipes and daily spreadsheets in one place for your kitchen. We can also provide traditional paper menus, shipped directly to your facility for an additional cost.
IDDSI
Every menu we write is fully compliant with the IDDSI Framework 2.2. Texture-modified diets are written and labelled by IDDSI level, with drinks by IDDSI thickness level, so the diet order, the menu, the recipe and the tray card all use the same language. More about our IDDSI menus.

Do you sell menus to facilities outside California?
Yes. Our menus are available to facilities nationwide.
Do the menus meet California's requirements for residential care facilities?
Yes. Residential care facilities for the elderly in California are licensed under Title 22, which sets the food service and menu requirements, and our residential menus are written to those rules rather than adapted from skilled nursing.
Can the menu be customized for our community?
