A group home menu has to work for a small house staff cooking for a few residents with very different needs. Ours are written quarterly by registered dietitians, follow the California Department of Developmental Services diet manual guidelines, and come with recipes the house staff can cook from and daily menu spreadsheets they can edit.
Custom menus are available for the specific needs of your home, and a pediatric version is available for homes serving children.

How you receive it
Menus are available online through MenuCentral™, our online menu platform, which puts the current cycle, recipes and daily spreadsheets in one place for your kitchen. We can also provide traditional paper menus, shipped directly to your facility for an additional cost.
IDDSI
Every menu we write is fully compliant with the IDDSI Framework 2.2. Texture-modified diets are written and labelled by IDDSI level, with drinks by IDDSI thickness level, so the diet order, the menu, the recipe and the tray card all use the same language. More about our IDDSI menus.

Do you sell menus to homes outside California?
Yes. Our menus are available to facilities nationwide. The group home menu is written to follow the California Department of Developmental Services diet manual guidelines; tell us your state in your request.
