The Select menu gives you a range of therapeutic diets with recipe instructions, on a three- to six-week cycle written two to three times a year. It comes with master menu forms, daily cook's menus and recipes written for each IDDSI texture level, and every diet has its own nutritional analysis.
Use it as written, or ask for a custom version built for your facility.

How you receive it
Menus are available online through MenuCentral™, our online menu platform, which puts the current cycle, recipes and daily cook's menus in one place for your kitchen. We can also provide traditional paper menus, shipped directly to your facility for an additional cost.
IDDSI
Every menu we write is fully compliant with the IDDSI Framework 2.2. Texture-modified diets are written and labelled by IDDSI level, with drinks by IDDSI thickness level, so the diet order, the menu, the recipe and the tray card all use the same language. More about our IDDSI menus.

Do you sell menus to facilities outside California?
Yes. Our menus are available to facilities nationwide.
What is the difference between standard and custom?
The standard Select menu is ready to use as written. A custom Select menu is written for your facility; tell us what you need in your request.
Can the menu cover our residents' special diets?
Yes. Because the menu is customizable, we can account for nearly any therapeutic diet, for nearly any age, medical condition or disease state. Our standard Prader-Willi, PKU and ketogenic menus come at no extra charge. For a menu customized to a resident's condition, list the diet orders in your request or contact us.
How is the menu priced?
