The Select menu gives you a range of therapeutic diets with recipe instructions, on a three- to six-week cycle written two to three times a year. It comes with master menu forms, daily menu spreadsheets and recipes written for each IDDSI texture level, and every diet has its own nutritional analysis.

How you receive it
Menus are available online through MenuCentral™, our online menu platform, which puts the current cycle, recipes and daily spreadsheets in one place for your kitchen. We can also provide traditional paper menus, shipped directly to your facility for an additional cost.
IDDSI
Every menu we write is fully compliant with the IDDSI Framework 2.2. Texture-modified diets are written and labelled by IDDSI level, with drinks by IDDSI thickness level, so the diet order, the menu, the recipe and the tray card all use the same language. More about our IDDSI menus.

What is the difference between standard and custom?
The standard Select menu is ready to use as written. A custom Select menu is written for your facility; tell us what you need in your request.
