Consultant Registered Dietitian: Group homes, San Bernardino County, CA

Nutrition Ink, Inc. is looking for a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to be the consultant dietitian for group homes in San Bernardino County, California. This is a part-time consulting assignment of 4–8 hours per month. Hours are approximate and are confirmed with the facility.
What you will do
- Visit the home a few hours a month for individual nutrition assessments, weights and diet orders.
- Work with house staff so the menu and each resident's diet order match.
- Keep nutrition documentation ready for the ICF-IID survey.
What you need
- The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Availability to cover the facility in San Bernardino County: 4–8 hours per month.
