Nutrition Ink, Inc. is looking for a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to be the consultant dietitian for behavioral health in Ventura County, California. This is a part-time consulting assignment of 8–10 hours, Fridays. Hours are approximate and are confirmed with the facility.
What you will do
- Monitor weight and metabolic changes in patients taking antipsychotics and mood stabilizers.
- Review food and drug interactions, meal refusals and intake problems, and document nutrition care for the record.
- Support the dietary department with diets and menus for patients of a wide range of ages and diagnoses.
What you need
- The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Availability to cover the facility in Ventura County: 8–10 hours, Fridays.
