Merijane is the owner and president of Nutrition Ink. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, she has been a registered dietitian for over 30 years and has won many awards for her outstanding work in the field. Merijane continues to work with clients and also helps to encourage the next generation of RDN’s with talks at universities.
JESSICA BRANTLEY-LOPEZ, RDN
Vice-President of Operations
Jessica has been with Nutrition Ink since 2006. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a BS in Dietetics and a Certificate in Food Systems Management. Jessica is also certified in adult weight management, and is a ServSafe instructor & proctor. She has a passion for the culinary arts and the great outdoors.
ELISSA R LERMA
Director of Human Resources, Finance Manager & Internship Coordinator
Elissa is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and Cal State University Northridge. A member of the Nutrition Ink team since 2004, she is the voice you hear when you call our office, and is always ready to help all clients and maintain an open line of communication.
MATT MALOUIN, MS, RDN, CDE
Vice- President of Education and Nutrition Ink Dietetic Internship Program Director
Matt earned his BS in Nutrition and Food Science from Cal State San Bernardino & his MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University. Matt is also a Certified Diabetes Educator.
LESLIE ROOS, BS, CDM, CFPP
Menu & Policy Analyst/Certified Dietary Manager
Leslie is the Menu & Policy Analyst as well as a Certified Dietary Manager. She joined Nutrition Ink in 1992, and her many years at Nutrition Ink makes her our resident expert when it comes to menu writing and keeping up with the ever changing regulations. She is a ServSafe instructor and proctor. December, 2019 graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a BS in Nutrition and Food Science and is working toward her RDN.
