Select Menu

Standard or Custom select menus are available. These menus are 3 weeks in length.

Standard Therapeutic diets

  • Regular
  • Diabetic Calorie Control (1200, 1500, 1800, and 2000)
  • 2-3 gm Sodium
  • Consistent Carbohydrate Diet (CCD/Liberalized Diabetic)
  • Dialysis and LCS
  • Pre Dialysis and LCS
  • Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian

    • Other diets can be added if the facility has an indiviudal requirieng it. The is an additional fee for specialized diets because of the extensive time required to modify the menu.

    Daily spreadsheets include the above diets and the non-select items

    Recipes

    Recipes include instructions for: Puree, Ground (mechanical soft), Chopped, Dysphagia Level 1 (Puree), Dysphagia Level 2 (Ground), Dysphagia Level 3 (Chop), Fortified, Lactose Free Fortified, Lacto Ovo Vegetarian, Finger Food, as well as instructions for the therapeutic diets listed above.

    Menus include:

    Week's at a glance printed in color and laminated on 11 x 17" paper.

    Recipes adjusted for your facility size. Recipes include HACCP instructions, individual recipe cost, individual recipe analysis, and Allergen alerts.

    Also available at an additional cost is: an order guide, nutritional analysis of the menu by the week or daily.

    We encourage facility participation in the menu process and welcome staff members, family, and resident input.
