Nutrition Ink's Orientation and Training manual is programmed instruction.  A way of teaching in which the learner builds information by working through small steps.  The learner becomes an active participant by answering each step.

Then compares the answer with the correct one, which is listed at the bottom of the page.  If the answer is incorrect, the learner will know at once and can correct the error before moving ahead.   The learner works at their own pace, slowly or rapidly.

This manual is for new employees - Cooks, Dietary Aide, Dishwasher, Licensed Nurse, CNA and Group Home personnel.
