  STANDARD MENU AND RECIPES

Nutrition Ink's standard menus include the following diets:

  • Regular
  • Fortified (Nutrient Dense)
  • Diabetic calorie controlled (1200, 1500, 1800, and 2000)
  • Consistent Carbohydrate Diet (CCD/Liberalized Diabetic)
  • 2-3 gm Sodium
  • No Added Salt (<5 grams)
  • Liberal Bland
  • Low Fat/Low Cholesterol
  • Renal (60-80 gm Pro, 2-3 gm Sodium, 2-3 gm Potassium, 1-2 gm Phosphorus)
  • Renal LCS (Low Concentrated Sweet)
  • Pre-Dialysis

Finger Food menu is now available at no additional cost upon request.  This menu corresponds to the standard menu.  Therapeutic diets included are:

  • Regular
  • Consistent Carbohydrate Diet
  • 2-3 gm Sodium
  • Puree
  • Ground (mechanical soft)
  • Chopped

Other diets can be added if the facility has an individual requiring it.  There is usually an additional fee for specialized diets because of the extensive time required to modify the menu.

Recipes include instructions for: Puree, Ground (mechanical soft), Chop, Dysphagia Level 1 (puree), Level 2 (ground), and Level 3 (chopped), and Fortified Diet. 

Standard Menus $150.00 per cycle

Custom Menus $225.00 per cycle

NOTE:  It is recommended that Nutrition Ink's Diet Manual (MNT manual) also be purchased, to avoid any potential problems during a survey.

Week's at a Glance with choice of laminated or unlaminated.  Available in 11 x 17 inch size

Recipes adjusted for your facility size to reduce waste. 

Recipes include HACCP instructions Sample Recipe (requires acrobat reader)

Spreadsheets Sample spreadsheet (requires acrobat reader) Also available at an additional cost are:

  1. Order guide for the week
  2. Nutrient analysis of the menu or a single recipe
  3. Cost summary for the cycle menu for budgeting purposes
  4. Inventory System

We encourage facility participation in the menu process and welcome staff members, family, and resident input with committee meetings, recipes, etc.
