A variety of items available. Spreadsheets include non-select menu items for those resident's unable to make a daily selection.
Standard therapeutic diets offered on the menu include:
- Regular
- Fortified
- Diabetic Calorie Controlled (1200, 1500, 1800 and 2000)
- 2-3 gm Sodium
- No Added Salt
- Consistent Carbohydrate Diet (Liberalized diabetic)
- Lowfat/Low Cholesterol
- Renal (60-80 gm protein; 2-3 gm sodium; 2-3 gm potassium; 1-2 gm phosphorus)
- Renal LCS (Low Concentrated Sweets)
Other diets can be added if the facility has an individual requiring it. There is usually an additional fee for specialized diets because of the extensive time required to modify the menu. Please e-mail for pricing.
Recipes include instructions for: Puree, Ground (mechanical soft), Chop, Dysphagia Level 1 (puree), Level 2 (ground), and Level 3 (chopped)

Week's at a Glance with choice of laminated or unlaminated. Available in 11 x 17 inch size
Recipes adjusted for your facility size to reduce waste. Recipes include HACCP instructions
Spreadsheets
Also available at an additional cost are:
- Order guide for the cycle ($75.00 per cycle)
- Nutrient analysis of the menu or a single recipe
- Cost summary for the cycle menu for budgeting purposes
- Inventory System
