Help with ordering
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Approximately 7-10 business days after payment is received. Customized items will take longer.
Question: Will I get a receipt?
Answer: The order form/packing slip is included with each order and is your receipt. A fax or e-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt of order.
Question: Do you take phone orders?
Answer: Yes. Nutrition Ink accepts orders over the phone. A fax or e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Question: Do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Yes, but only through the online ordering process.
Question: How do I change or cancel an order?
Answer: Contact us at (951) 849-5150 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm PST Monday through Friday as soon as possible. Or via e-mail at Salesdepartment.nutritionink@verizon.net
Question: Do you take purchase orders?
Answer: Nutrition Ink does require pre-payment. If you would like to contact our office or via email at salesdepartment.nutritionink@verizon.net, we would be happy to prepare an invoice and fax/email that to you so that your payables department can remit payment. We will need full purchaser name (facility), address, phone and fax number and the person to contact if there are any problems and the PO# if you want that referenced on the invoice.
Question: Can I download the order form and send via e-mail
Answer: Yes, just rename the file using your facility name followed by the word "order" and send to salesdepartment.nutritionink@verizon.net.
