Our menus are 4 week cycle menus written 2-3 times per year.

Custom menus are available and are written for the specific needs of your facility taking into consideration your clientele, philosophy and budget.

Standard therapeutic diets offered on the menu include:

  • Regular/Heart Healthy/Medium
  • Fortified
  • No Added Salt
  • Consistent Carbohydrate Diet (Liberalized diabetic)
  • Liberal Bland
  • Small Portions
  • Small Plus Portions
  • Large Portions
  • Extra Large Portions

Recipes include instructions for: Puree, Ground (mechanical soft), and Chop

Menus include:

Week's at a Glance with choice of laminated or unlaminated on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.

Recipes adjusted for your facility size to reduce waste.  Recipes include HACCP instructions.

Spreadsheets

Additional cost:

Children's Menu age groups birth - 18 years.

National School Lunch Program menu with production records.

It is recommended that if using these menus that the California State Diet Manual for DD be downloaded (it's free).  www.dds.ca.gov/publications (follow links to download the most recent manual in PDF format). Nutrition Ink has revised some of the diets and will include these with the menu.
